Healing Harmony Health and Wellness with Shana LLC is a growing, dynamic and cutting-edge trauma practice that works with children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults. We are focused on treating the whole system and treating problems, not just symptoms. We believe in an accessible and integrative approach towards therapy, with a bent in working with the intersectionality of how trauma impacts depression, anxiety and relationship with food. Our team members are independent contractors, and will build and maintain a caseload of 6-20+ clients per week. 

Preferred Qualifications/Traits:

• Certified or be willing to be certified  and licensed as a mental health provider in the State of Maryland. Supervision provided for LMSW.
• Self-starter, motivated, dynamic, innovative, and creative 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to conduct assessment, case formulation, treatment plan, and implement interventions
• Maintain up-to-date records
• Willing to work with adolescents, teenagers, young adults and adults
• Be comfortable with providing/ learning how to provide telehealth services
• Interested in learning and growing in cutting edge trauma treatments
