Tele-health services are offered.
If you are a resident of the state of Maryland, are a pre-existing client, or are interested in becoming a new client with the desire to use tele-health services, please fill out the following tele-health waiver also found on the forms page.
HIPPA compliant software is used for tele-health sessions and the following codes are used to document your session: 90834-GT or 90837-GT. Please inquire with your insurance company for these two codes about reimbursement for these sessions.
Please note that insurance companies may reimburse these sessions at a lower rate than office visits.
